Due to the nature of nutraceutical and wellness products, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund if:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged or leaking.
• The product is expired upon delivery.
• The seal is broken or tampered with before opening.
• The order is incomplete or missing items.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing admin@elv8.health with:

• Order number
• Photos/videos of the product and packaging
• Brief description of the issue

• Refunds

  Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.

  Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

• Non-Returnable Items

  We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Opened or used bottles
• Products purchased through unauthorized sellers
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery (unless required by applicable law)
